Tattersalls Club is a heritage-listed club house at 206 Edward Street, with a second frontage on Queen Street. The historic property was designed by Hall and Prentice and built from 1925 to 1949. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register in 1992:

SunCentral Automated Waste Collection System (AWCS) is unlike any other project in Australia, becoming the first high-tech, automated waste collection system for a CBD in the Southern Hemisphere. Hames Sharley proudly designed the industrial building to house the equipment for the Envac system – providing a design that was built for purpose and blended to its surroundings.

Sited on a strategic corner site bound by Racecourse Road and Beatrice Terrace, the design explores vertical integration in what is a mixed-use development. Retail and local office accommodation are Aligned with Racecourse Road, re-enforcing the linear axis of commercial development of the Street.
