BP House – Modern Argentina Property
This house, with a purely urban essence, is available in just over 3390 sq ft on a single floor, on a 6889 sq ft plot in the northern area of our city of Córdoba.
The design premise that marked the creative process was: Materialize light and its mutation over time. This common thread, emphasized by the study of sunlight, was what motivated our essentials in the implementation of the built fact, in the programmatic layout and in the material reflection.
The result of the fusion of these lines turned out to be the main richness of the proposal, the exchange between the interior and nature: the sky, the sun, the air, the green.
We defined a single volume, which was pierced into multiple sectors, to ensure lighting and ventilation in the appropriate proportion to create the desired atmospheres.
We understood the need for privacy of the user family, without neglecting the possibility of the lot facing North, thus a “welcome patio” was born as a qualifier of the social activities of the home.
The bellows between the private and social programs is provided by the kitchen as a catalyst for the proposal.
The work shows its essence and its spirit in its noble materials that are faithful to its natural composition: exposed concrete, wood and metal configure planes that accommodate spaces of considerable heights, spaces that seek to activate the senses and discover new sensations in everyday living.
Casa BP
Esta vivienda de esencia puramente urbana, se dispone en poco mas de 315m2 en única planta, sobre un solar de 640m2 de la zona norte de nuestra ciudad de Córdoba.
La premisa de diseño que signó el proceso creativo fue: Materializar la luz y su mutación en el tiempo.
Este hilo conductor, enfatizado por el estudio del asoleamiento, fue el que motivó nuestros irrenunciables en la implantación del hecho construido, en la disposición programática y en la reflexión material.
El resultado de la fusión de estas líneas resultó ser la principal riqueza de la propuesta, el intercambio entre el interior y la naturaleza: el cielo, el sol, el aire, el verde.
Definimos un único volumen, que fue horadado en múltiples sectores, para asegurar iluminación y ventilación en la proporción adecuada para crear las atmósferas deseadas.
Entendimos la necesidad de intimidad de la familia usuaria, sin descuidar el posibilítate del lote con frente Norte, es asi que nace un “patio de bienvenida” como cualificador de las actividades sociales de la vivienda. El fuelle entre el programa privado y el social está dado por la cocina como catalizador de la propuesta.
La obra muestra su esencia y su espíritu en sus materiales nobles y fieles a su composición natural: hormigón a la vista, madera y metal configuran planos que acogen espacios de alturas considerables, espacios que buscan activar los sentidos y descubrir nuevas sensaciones en el habitar cotidiano.
