19 Nov 2012 – this house sits at the back of an irregular lot. The rustic and crafted exterior stone wall defines and separates the entry zones from the living spaces and is inside and outside, proposing a counterpoint to the pure white that dominates the inside of the house.

15 Nov 2012 – This residential building is located within a closed community in the north of Buenos Aires, surrounded by a lake on two if its sides. The clients, an elderly couple needed a cosy, compact home. On the east side, the house meets the lake through a semi covered space.

This project was a great challenge for Andrés Remy Arquitectos, considering that it was going to take part of the urban structure. The lot of 18 x 24 m is located in Devoto. It is between two existing buildings that threatened the project with issues of isolation and views.

The waterfall house was built for a young business man in a closed neighborhood. The borders of the small lot seem to disappear in the lake.

The black house was designed for a young couple. This single house is located in a closed neighborhood, 30km away from Buenos Aires. The lot, 20 m by 50 m in area, has amazing views to the lake.

The Orchid was a challenging project, built for a young couple with two sons, enthusiastic about sustainable architecture. After consulting several architects, they gave the commission to Andrés Remy, who had investigated these concepts in New York at Rafael Viñoly’s architecture studio for four years. The house has the best orientation, possible thanks to the large lot.

Situated in on the outskirts of Buenos Aires, the RM house is set in a 760m² lot. Designed for a young couple and their two children, with an active social life, Andrés Remy came out with a house with flexible, cosy spaces maintaining clean lines.
