Location: Lake Piedras Moras, Córdoba, Argentina

Environment:
The rectangular-shaped land is located in front of the Piedras Moras lake and has a slope that rises slightly towards the end of the lot. In order to fully capture the views of the Lake from the social areas, the house is implanted in the final and highest part of the land, freeing the front for park and pool areas, in connection with the views and the lake, without being obstructed by the service areas, arranged behind the daytime block.

Use:
Functionally, the project is essentially a dwelling for temporary use, which is why we aim to achieve the greatest accessibility and flexibility of the social environments with the outdoor space, guaranteeing full use throughout the summer season.

To hide and avoid obstructions to the views, the services and garage are implanted in the back of the land, behind the social areas, allowing them to have a complete front connected to the front patio and the lake. The night area is located on the top floor, with a large expansive balcony that allows you to enjoy the landscape that surrounds it.

The implementation sequence, from the bottom of the lot forward, is configured as follows: SERVICE AREAS (Laying patio, Technical Spaces, Garage and Laundry) DAY AREA (Living-Dining-Kitchen) EXPANSION AREAS (Galleries and Mirror of water) MAIN PATIO (Towards the Lake) NIGHT AREA IN PA (Play Room, Bedroom and Master Suite).

Character:
Aesthetically we try to achieve pure and clear forms, working with plans for social and open areas, as opposed to heavy and blind boxes in which we sought greater privacy.

As a result, the house is heavy on its rear and services façade, while, on its front face, it is completely open to the views, seeking to highlight its horizontal character.

The palette of materials is simple and they highlight the work of the environment through thick plasters painted in very light colors and the use of extensive aluminum carpentry.
