Location: Colonia Caroya, Province of Córdoba, Argentina, South America

The project arises from the refunctioning and expansion of the LAC Headquarters, dedicated to the transportation of fuels.

Located in a neuralgic point between the center and the north of the country, the project was divided into two stages: in the first instance, the transport and logistics area materialized, with beach parking for tankers and their respective control and maintenance workshops, and the administrative building of said area.

In a second stage and as a new façade for the company, the central administrative building, the building for new businesses, a module for personnel training, and a restaurant open to the public as a gastronomic support for the property were made. All these volumes agglutinated by a big green heart.

A central ship of pre-existing pumps, supplies the fleet of trucks and serves as dividing axis and bellows between the areas.

The independent logic of objects allowed the work’s stageability, which added to the constructive system by dry route implemented, facilitated the coordination in the execution times of the same.

The modern language of pure volumes, the permeable facades and the colors implemented, managed to reflect the values of the company, which becomes an industrial and corporate pole nationwide.
