Environment:
The site is located in a central and sanitary area of the city of Rio Tercero. Its dimensions are 10.00 m wide x 15.00 m deep.

Use:
Functionally, the two-storey project fits within the concept of an outpatient clinic. It has an entrance hall, reception area with waiting and a vertical and linear public circulation nucleus per floor. Each floor has a series of spaces for various specialties, highlighting the operating room with all its units on the ground floor and the main dental offices.

Schematically, the function is organized into 3 areas: PUBLIC BLOCK (Hall, reception and waiting, in contact with the street) SERVICES BLOCK (Grouped in a strip on one of the sides) ATTENTION BLOCK (Clinics and Dependencies, interrupted by 2 patios that provide ventilation and lighting to the interior environments).

Character:
Aesthetically, we tried to achieve pure and clear forms, working both with material plans for the social and open areas, as opposed to heavy and blind boxes in which we sought greater privacy.

As a result of the west orientation of the façade, it is protected by a white perforated sheet metal skin, appearing heavy and solid during the day. During the night, the sequence is reversed, and the interior is shown as a lantern in contrast to the surroundings.

The materials were chosen for their clean feel and low maintenance. For this, light colors, non-porous materials and finishes were chosen according to hygiene and safety requirements.
