An international architectural competition for a design of a new town hall: reconstruction of the existing building with the aid of the architects “we hope to offer our citizens the best possible built environment”.

Egedal Town Hall and Health Centre will be one of the first buildings in the new planned urban area around Egedal Station. The Town Hall and Health Centre form part of the same entity.
The architecture is dominated by the high clock tower in the southwest corner and beautifully set against a large expanse of water on the west (towards city centre) side.
