Bygdøynesveien 15 Apartment Building
Bygdøynesveien 15 is being developed into a new comprehensive residential area, combining historic buildings with new housing in a captivating and innovative way.

The project will create well-adjusted high-end contemporary architecture aiming at collectively reinforcing and developing the uniqueness and identity of the plot.
The new residential area will offer forward-looking apartments. The juxtaposition of new housing and the venerable existing buildings from the early 1900s, including the park and gardens will also highlight the many qualities without compromising the site’s exclusive character.
Bnv 15 will be an important eco-friendly residential environment with high architectural qualities. The project is developed for our client Bygdøy Boligutvikling.

Bygdøynesveien 15 (Bnv15) skal utvikles til å bli et helhetlig anlegg som forener nybygg med et historisk anlegg på en attraktiv og innovativ måte, gjennom en bevisst bruk av steds- og situasjonstilpasset arkitektur av høy kvalitet. dette skal samlet forsterke og utvikle stedets iboende identitet.
et nytt anlegg skal tilby fremtidsrettede leiligheter. Møtet mellom et nytt boligmiljø og de verdige bygningene fra tidlige 1900-tallet, samt park og hage vil fremheve anleggets mange kvaliteter uten å gå på bekostning avtomtens eksklusive særpreg.

de nye byggene på eiendommen skal bli et kvalitetsprosjekt som er tuftet på inngående kunnskap om: områdets historiske forhold, transformasjon av hagen til en integrert boligstruktur og en sammensatt boligutforming.
Bnv 15 skal bli et viktig miljøvennlig boligmiljø med høye arkitektoniske kvaliteter. Prosjektet bygger opp under den stedlige karakter.
