The house is located in a rectangular plot of 2,800 m2, where there are plenty of pines and oaks. Since A-cero aims to preserve these Mediterranean species, the housing project pretends to live with them so much so that both embrace in the facade.
The architecture is dominated by the high clock tower in the southwest corner and beautifully set against a large expanse of water on the west (towards city centre) side.
