In 2015, Jonathan King purchased two next-door properties on the popular walk-street, Marco Place. He proceeded to turn them into one fabulous home with a strong focus on privacy. Over the next five years, his efforts turned into a four-bedroom contemporary home and a detached two-story building with a guest suite and balcony upstairs and a pool house on the ground floor.
In addition to the formal rooms, kitchen and a highly functional butler’s pantry with every conceivable amenity, the home also has an office with a convenient outside entry, ensuring that business can be conducted without access to the private quarters.

Geared for the California lifestyle, it also has a fire feature, built-in heat lamps and the pool has a 30-foot mosaic mural in blue tiles that depict a breaking wave. The home includes under-floor heating, solar power, and a gated two-car garage.
