Accent Business Park offers all the advantages of a leading, modern business park: an excellent geographic situation, easy national and international access, ample parking space, a high availability of well-trained staff and a growing market outlet. The Accent Business Park currently offers seven office buildings with approx. 26,000 m² of office space and 650 parking spaces.

The new office building, with an area of 5,700 m², houses a prestigious entrance hall with surrounding offices and five floors offering workspace for 180 persons.

Its flexible lay-out offers room for 22 autonomous office units, which can be merged into a single office on the same floor. One of the floors there offers a common meeting room with facilities for video conferencing and projection. The plan also incorporates a lounge bar with lunch facilities and a relaxation room. On the second and fourth floors, there will be two outside terraces with green oases.

Together with the developers, we opted for a combination of architectural, self-cleaning polished concrete with good insulating characteristics and a more limited glass façade.

In addition, the energy efficiency for the cooling and heating techniques was utilised for optimum performance. The building has heat recuperation facilities as well as solar panels. Our main goal is to achieve an E-level of 68 (in Flanders, the standard is 100).

Accent Office à Roeselare

Le site Accent Business Park offre tous les atouts d’un zoning industriel moderne et axé sur l’avenir : une excellente situation géographique, une très bonne accessibilité, tant nationale qu’internationale, de très vastes possibilités de parking, la présence d’un personnel hautement qualifié et un marché en pleine croissance. L’Accent Business Park compte actuellement 7 immeubles de bureaux, soit environ 26 000 m² de bureaux et 650 emplacements de parking.

Le nouveau complexe de bureaux d’une superficie de 5 700 m² abrite un hall d’accueil prestigieux ceinturé de bureaux, ainsi que 5 étages pouvant accueillir quelque 180 collaborateurs.

L’aménagement flexible permet la création de 22 unités autonomes, qui peuvent également être regroupées à l’un des étages. Une salle de réunion commune, équipée d’installation de vidéoconférence et de projection, occupera un autre étage de l’immeuble. Un foyer avec bar et salle de lunch de même qu’un espace de détente figurent également au programme. Deux terrasses, véritables oasis de verdure, seront aménagées au second et au quatrième étage.

En concertation avec le maître d’ouvrage, les responsables du projet ont opté pour un mariage entre un béton architectonique poli, autonettoyant, offrant de bonnes propriétés d’isolation, et une partie vitrée plus restreinte.

Les techniques de refroidissement et de chauffage offrent également des performances énergétiques optimales. Des systèmes de récupération de chaleur ont été prévus et des panneaux solaires seront installés. Les concepteurs visent un niveau E de 68 (la norme est de 100 en Flandre).

Accent Office te Roeselare [2011] Accent Business park heeft alle troeven van een toonaangevend en modern bedrijvenpark: een uistekende geografische ligging, een zeer vlotte nationale en internationale bereikbaarheid, een zeer ruime parkeergelegenheid, een hoge aanwezigheid van hoog opgeleid personeel en een groeiende afzetmarkt. Het Accent Business Park telt momenteel 7 kantoorgebouwen met ca 26.000 m² kantooroppervlakte en 650 parkeerplaatsen.

Het nieuwe kantoorgebouw met een oppervlakte van 5.700 m² huisvest een prestigieuze inkomhal met omliggende kantoorruimten en daarboven 5 verdiepingen met werkruimte voor 180 mensen.

De flexibele opdeling biedt plaats aan 22 autonome kantoorunits, die op één verdieping ook kunnen samengevoegd worden. Er komt een verdieping met een gemeenschappelijke vergaderzaal die faciliteiten heeft voor videoconferentie en projectie. Ook een loungebar met lunchfaciliteiten en ontspanningsruimte staan op het plan. Op de tweede en vierde verdieping zijn twee buitenterrassen met groene oases. Samen met de bouwheren werd geopteerd voor een combinatie van architectonisch, zelfreinigend gepolijst beton met goed isolerende eigenschappen en een beperktere glasgevel.

Ook de energie-efficiëntie voor de koelings- en verwaringstechnieken werd optimaal uitgebouwd. Er zijn voorzieningen voor warmterecuperatie en er komen zonnepanelen. Een E-peil van 70 staat voorop (in Vlaanderen is 100 de norm).
