Overview of community

Emirates Living was the first large-scale residential project by the world-class property developer. All types of amenities and a superior infrastructure can be expected from this development.

To reach different areas of Dubai, there’s a network of roads inside the neighborhood. Nurseries, schools, medical and recreational amenities are generously provided. All-day power supply and security is guaranteed.

Moreover, an irrigation system, floating fountains, sewage treatment plant, storm drains, lakes, huge landscaped gardens and walkways are offered.

Properties

The Meadows:

The Springs:

Grocery shopping is an easy task no matter where you are within Emirates Living. Local shops, souks and supermarkets are widely available. For instance, Aswaaq Mart, The Springs Souk, Carrefour and Choithrams.

Community mosques are situated abundantly in Emirates Living. Masjids and prayer halls are within each short interval. As for Christians, Jebel Ali Village boasts a network of churches. A Hindu temple in Bur Dubai is accessible in 20 minutes by car.

3.   Schools and universities
