Developed by Emaar Properties, this iconic project is truly unique. Launched in 2002 and finished in 2006, it’s spread out across 52.2 million square feet and offers more than 8,000 luxurious villas along with other properties.

Overview of community

Emirates Living was the first large-scale residential project by the world-class property developer. All types of amenities and a superior infrastructure can be expected from this development.

To reach different areas of Dubai, there’s a network of roads inside the neighborhood. Nurseries, schools, medical and recreational amenities are generously provided. All-day power supply and security is guaranteed.

The property size is between 12,000 square feet to 45,000 square feet. Landscaped parks, rich greenery, sports facilities and 17 lakes are some perks of living here. The Meadows:

The Springs:

Grocery shopping is an easy task no matter where you are within Emirates Living. Local shops, souks and supermarkets are widely available. For instance, Aswaaq Mart, The Springs Souk, Carrefour and Choithrams.

Community mosques are situated abundantly in Emirates Living. Masjids and prayer halls are within each short interval. As for Christians, Jebel Ali Village boasts a network of churches. A Hindu temple in Bur Dubai is accessible in 20 minutes by car.

3.   Schools and universities

Educational institutions are widely available with options from pre-school to nursery. The popular Raffles Nursery is located in The Lakes. Dubai International Academy and Dubai British School are two excellent schools in Emirates Hills.
