A 3XN designed IMAX theatre, retail and creative offices complex will be an iconic contribution to the 15 billion yuan (USD$2.4 billion) DreamCenter entertainment district on Shanghai’s West Bund. HOK’s London based Commercial team today celebrated completion of 29-37 Davies Street, a mixed-use development located in the heart of London’s Mayfair. The landmark building, comprises of 28,856 sq ft of highly specified office space along with an impressive 211ft (64m) frontage that stretches along one of Mayfair’s most desirable streets, opposite the world famous Claridge’s Hotel.

Design: Skanska. A new commercial building in the City of London moved a step closer to completion today with the topping out of 100 Cheapside. The 134,548sqft (12,500sqm) building is the latest addition to Skanska’s portfolio of commercial projects in the City. Due to complete in September, it will offer office accommodation over nine floors, plus retail facilities on the ground floor and basement storage.

Commissioned by the buildings owner, the brief called for a unified interior de-sign throughout the common areas that included an upgrading of the main lobby, foyers, corridors and amenities.
