This house, which main purposes are permanent residence and place of storage and exhibition of a vast collection of artworks, presents an abstract and sculptural aspect, accordingly to the owners’ expectations.
Being situated in a territory in the southern coast of the Caspian sea -a town called Chaboksar- 216 meters above sea level, in Iran, provides a calm and green area for housing a nuclear family.
The building is located in the borough (sestiere) of Cannaregio in Venice, on the ground floor of the complex of Palazzo Lezze, at the end of the garden facing the water. This type of structure is called Casin (warehouse), and was designed, regarding the façade facing the Rio della Sensa, by Baldassarre Longhena.

The project began from site selection with the client.
