Recently, the headquarters for the fashion brand Esprit were completed. Esprit is one of the largest fashion brands of the moment, with a young and dynamic image. The building was required to create a powerful and striking image and radiate the Esprit spirit, but also had to be neutral and timeless, leaving the possibility to change over time
At the project of Arcam the main concept is the fold of the aluminium-zinc façade. The faces between the fold are made from glass. To keep the fold as pure as possible there has been chosen to make the fold out of one continuous material.

De Nieuwe Liefde is an extensive renovation and restoration of a former wine storage warehouse located on the edge of Amsterdam’s 17th century UNESCO canal ring.
The realized building consists of the simple stacking of two – diametrically opposed – concepts of space. The ground floor level is designed as a flat sandwich-space, which opens up completely to the surroundings thanks to the glazing on all sides.
