Modular DA Houses, Poland
The Da House is an innovative modular object made with certified solid wooden 3D construction wooden interior, ecological certified materials, passive technology, and mobile foundations. This dwelling combines the simplicity and quality of prefabricated construction with the beauty and integrity of a very aesthetic object. Determinants were; natural, recyclable materials, ultra high-efficiency standards, water saving, and carbon footprint in the entire life cycle of the building.

The project responds to the challenges of sustainable development, the protection of nature, human health, and housing controlled by price and cost of living, which form the foundations of Dom Architektów’s guidelines/mission. Wood and easy to recycle materials were used, and care for the carbon footprint of the project is integrated into the whole life cycle of DA modular houses.

The DA House modular building was built in the DA craft factory based on its own “solid wood module” technology, which involves the prefabrication of the building in the form of 3D wooden modules without the use of steel.
The structure and partitions are made of wood and wood-based materials, without the use of vapor barrier foil. Embracing innovative mobility, a building made of modules can be transported to any place, and its foundations are also mobile.
All materials are recyclable, and the construction of an ecological facility was several years of substantive and practical preparation in the making.
