Grove Towers, Mumbai Ornate Spaces

3XN’s design team was invited for the event which unveiled the 77.000 m2 project inspired by the Indian nature and Mumbai’s mangroves. Just as clusters of mangrove stalks seemingly braid together at the base, the two towers in this mixed use development converge at the lower retail floors, rising up to provide amenity spaces on the podium; and grow into the sky as a cluster of slender trees providing some of Mumbai’s most thoughtfully laid out residential accommodation.

Design: P+0 architecture. We find Narigua House in “El Jonuco” a beautiful place where we enjoy from 360º of spectacular views. This mountain-enclosed neighborhood reminds us of numerous Mexican towns where tall mountains limit the valley where its inhabitants settle.

Milanofiori Office Building, Palazzo per uffici U27

The architectural design is based on an analytical approach to the articulated system of access to the Milanofiori Nord area, the pedestrian walkways and roads, climatic factors relating to the context and the goal of properly integrating the building into the overall masterplan.

The building has been designed in such a way as to create a visual continuity between the natural landscape of the wood at the north and the designed landscape of the site itself.
