“Built out of a former croft, this new home has a rugged, almost natural, presence within the island landscape. Drawing upon history, this building also very positively signals its newness.”
Accoding to the architects, “The University of Limerick, occupies a large territory, formerly a Demesne, and is situated on both sides of the lower reaches of the river Shannon, the longest and largest river in Ireland.
Design: Zechner & Zechner ZT, architects. The completion of the northern underpass, with a 150 m long artwork by Peter Kogler allows a new access to the station and represents a further milestone in the realization of the project.

Teulada-Moraira is an unusual urban center. Although it is divided into two separate physical units, Teulada and Moraira, these belong to a single administrative entity.
