The collaboration for The Seven with Manuel Ruiz Moriche, ARK Architects resulted in NIWA. The project had the indisputable premise of preserving, honoring local nature and creating a life in complete harmony with it. To merge NIWA with nature, the structures are organically intertwined with the surroundings and natural elements are used to achieve a sense of tranquility, balance and security.

The name NIWA is inspired by a Japanese garden where tranquility and relaxation are central, as well as an absolute ethos for the use of natural materials.
