The collaboration for The Seven with Manuel Ruiz Moriche, ARK Architects resulted in NIWA. The project had the indisputable premise of preserving, honoring local nature and creating a life in complete harmony with it. An oasis of tranquility that seems to come directly from the surrounding landscape. To merge NIWA with nature, the structures are organically intertwined with the surroundings and natural elements are used to achieve a sense of tranquility, balance and security.
NIWA, derived from Japanese, means: courtyard, atrium, garden
The name NIWA is inspired by a Japanese garden where tranquility and relaxation are central, as well as an absolute ethos for the use of natural materials. On a plot of more than 10,000 m2, NIWA covers 4,321 m2, with nine bedrooms/suites, eight bathrooms, several reception rooms both inside and outside, a cinema, an infinity pool, a spa with indoor pool, a wine cellar, an office and a garage for eight cars, for a total price of €22,500,000.
