This master plan includes a newly created site which unlocks a previously isolated piece of land. It prioritises pedestrians and cyclists with a new walkway, the Brunel Mile, and a new public square set to reinvigorate the area.

Design: Foster + Partners, architects. The groundbreaking ceremony for Oceanwide Center marks the start of construction on one of the most pivotal urban projects in San Francisco’s recent history.

Design: EPR Architects. Planning approval for reinventing an existing building to form 320,000sqft of prime grade A flexible workplace with roof terraces and 18,000sqft of retail space.
Design by MGA – Michael Green Architecture, USA. This venture is an investment in both the past and future of Minneapolis and in the warehouse district’s rich history. The design objective for T3 was to build on the character of the past with a modern perspective.
Design: HOLODECK architects. The existing buildings form the backdrop for the design of the new spaces, which preserve and continue the multifunctional character of the original industrial buildings.
Design: Zalewski Architecture Group. The idea for this project involves changing the existing building to offices, building a new pavilion acting as the customer service and redesigning the landscape around the villa.
