Design: Dekleva Gregoric Architects. The business community today operates dynamically, impulsively and diversely. Office environments must respond to the constant changes in working groups’ organizations, to their processes and needs for personal comfort and technology development.
Extension to the head office of the Gebr. Heinemann trading firm in Hamburg’s HafenCity completed to a design by von Gerkan, Marg and Partners (gmp). The architects won the architecture competition in 2013.
Design: MMXX Architects. The building is set in the historic centre of Varna, near the port, in an area known for trade and town administration. It takes up a corner plot framed by blind walls. The 5 floors are designed as offices to let, together or separately.

Six office towers: two tall buildings of 160 m, two of 100 m and two adjacent buildings of 70 m each. The architecture design was made under rigorous volumetric constraints that included a symmetrical configuration.
The building interior fit-out was designed by Swiss architecture and design studio Evolution Design, while the building was created by Austrian architecture firm Baumschlager Eberle and executed by Nuremberg architects GP Wirth Architekten

A building in the Beauport borough of Quebec City, adjacent to the Estimauville eco-neighbourhood. It is a 1,000 sqm two-storey structure that puts the focus on eco-friendly, architectural innovation.
Design: RLP Rüdiger Lainer + Partner, Architects. The revitalisation preserves the spatial generosity of the original historic building but halves its energy consumption. It also satisfies the EU Directive regarding earthquake resistance. Awarded the Green Building Award by the European Commission.
Architects: SpAce. Patriotism Tower 580 is a new office building in Mexico City. The facilities provide users with the latest technology, efficient plant, significant savings in energy consumption as well as a modern and attractive image for both the user and the spectator.

The idea with the office areas is to attract tenants from the fields of research and technology. In contrast to the traditional, massive plinth construction, the high-rise buildings stand in a public space where paths and squares interlock with the surrounding green areas in the city.
