Design: DMDV arquitetos. In order to reduce the execution time, we opted to the use of a metallic structure, a solution that enabled greater spans, delivering the ground floor from structural interferences and allowing the “balances” that constitute protected interconnected spaces with the external gardens.

Design: Robert Davidov Architects. The new office space for Intracpac Projects, a land development company based in Melbourne, was an opportunity to add some variety to the way the small knit team works and, more importantly, interacts.
Design: Solis Betancourt & Sherrill. The goal of the project was to create a colorful pied-à-terre that could showcase the client’s collection of Latin American art.
A terraced property can be short on natural light, so be creative and discover ways to brighten your interior. With windows only at the front and back of the property, the middle section of a terraced house or flat can sometimes appear gloomy.
Design: Mountford Architects. Designed and built for an owner who wanted a small home that made the most of light and space on a small block, this steel and timber-framed project employed efficient design and construction techniques to provide open plan living over two levels.
Conversion of 1960s warehouse by Zen Architects re-using as much of existing building as possible – such as light fittings, doors, sprinkler pipes, cladding and roof sheeting – while transforming it to an energy-efficient family home.
Design: Mark Aronson Architecture. Situated on a sloping site, the original building was split level with a double garage off the street and steps to a raised veranda. The `site is on a North-South alignment and is sheltered from the strong southwesterly gusts from the ocean.

A housing unit that due to Barcelona´s rising rental apartment demand was divided, as it happens with theater plays, in three acts.
Design: Mountford Architects. The Moreing Road project started as series of conversations and sketches inspired by a home commissioned in the early 1950s by the actor Gary Cooper, and built in Hollywood Hills by the prolific architect Quincy Jones.
Design: AD ARCHITECTURE. The atmosphere is created through items as art painting, light gray natural stone floor, ink-dot-like natural stone wall and customized ink carpet, adding an artistic and human feelings. The design is bold and hard, while the details are fine and soft.
High ceilings, clever storage features and a beautiful walnut staircase make this project in southwest London anything but ordinary.
