Design: ShedKM. Schroder UK Real Estate Fund (‘SREF’) and its partner Stanhope Plc has confirmed the practical completion of One Ruskin Square, the first Grade A commercial building at its £500 million Ruskin Square scheme, adjacent to East Croydon station.
