The JACC building design in Kuwait is by SSH: it will showcase performing arts and create a world class theatre quarter in a spacious parkland setting. The cultural district will include theatres, concert halls, cinemas, conference and exhibition halls and a library archive.

The 6-storey building has a sleek form that billows out. The curtain wall facade is peppered with primary coloured panels. Also known as the United Tower it was designed by KEO International Consultants with KPF.

Global architecture and design firm Perkins+Will has been selected by Kuwait Municipality to devise the country’s Fourth Structural Plan 2040, a national masterplan that aims to transform Kuwait into a commercial and financial hub.

Design: Fikrr Architects. The client was looking to have a kind of retreat where they could enjoy the Arabian horse beauty and take in the lake views as if in a lofty sanctuary away from the noise and busy city life giving more calm time for exploring the senses.
Design: LAB 100, architects. Being the first commercial boxing gym in the region, The Burrow introduces a modern combination of boxing exercises to Kuwait. The gym is composed of a welcoming lobby, semi-private workout halls, a boxing arena and an elevated cross fit area.
Hisham A. Alsager Cardiac Center by AGi architects, the international design firm led by architects Joaquin Perez-Goicoechea and Nasser Abulhasan, have been shortlisted by the World Architecture Festival to compete for a WAF award 2016 in the Completed Buildings Health category.
