Make Architects commissioned by Wanda Group to design the unique facade for the premium Wanda Reign Hotel building in Wuhan, China. The design of the luxury hotel facade is characterised by a compilation of 902 hexagonal modules.
Dankely (Vanke alley) is the design for a public ‘street’ within Xiamen North Station Complex design by NL Architects, a fairly large residential compound in the city of Xiamen, near a major railway station.

A 3XN designed IMAX theatre, retail and creative offices complex will be an iconic contribution to the 15 billion yuan (USD$2.4 billion) DreamCenter entertainment district on Shanghai’s West Bund. The DreamCenter building is being developed by DreamWorks Animation together with partners, CMC Capital Partners and Hong Kong developer Lan Kwai Fong Group.
Architect: 10 Design. This mixed use office and retail development sits centrally within the new Danzishi Central Head Quarters in Chongqing, that sits on the banks of the Yangtze River. The brief was to create an interactive retail environment that would interact and reflect with the rich topography that Chongqing is renowned for.
Design: TEAM_BLDG. For an architect, as the construction of a building is completed, it is almost the same mood of put a letter into mailbox, you write it for quite a long time. Who will read this letter? What’s the expectation of the reader for opening the envelope? Will the reader feel happy or not? Will it be kept kindly or thrown away directly?
Architecture for us is like the word for a writer, just a way of expression, the way we are good at. This is not only about expressing, the more important side is the people who will stay in the building, and the feeling of theirs for staying in the space we created.

Commissioned by the buildings owner, the brief called for a unified interior de-sign throughout the common areas that included an upgrading of the main lobby, foyers, corridors and amenities. The 3 story high entrance hall spans approxi-mately 450 square meters to form the central reception, waiting and information area of the overall complex.

Architecture firm Goettsch Partners designs new resort and meeting destination on China’s Hainan Island in Haitang Bay. Developed by Poly Real Estate Group, the complex features a 729-key resort hotel and serviced apartment tower, a 28,000-square-meter International Finance Forum convention center, a series of connecting retail buildings, and a modest visitors center.

Benoy is proud to announce the opening of the latest real estate flagship to grace western China, Chengdu International Finance Square (Chengdu IFS).
Appointed as the Masterplanner, Architect, Interior and Graphic Designer for Chengdu IFS, Benoy was part of the January grand opening ceremony to showcase the city’s new landmark complex. The major event was overseen by the world’s largest giant panda installation, “I Am Here”, by artist Lawrence Argent – highlighting the significance of the development.
Architects: Latitude Studio. The purpose of this showroom is to explain how the shopping mall next by will look like, and which functions will contain after its construction. The showroom is conceived as a journey through a ramp area.
