Design: FaulknerBrowns Architects: proposals for phased £75m mixed-use development scheme includes leisure, entertainment, residential, retail and water sports, plus a new health and wellbeing centre. At the core of the scheme is a new waterside 80 bed signature hotel and public piazza with access for the public to the marina and water sports centre.
Design: REX, Architects. YIBD “Project R6” is located in Yongsan Business District, alongside a series of major new buildings designed by world-famous architects. All units command great views and the building forms a gateway from Hangang-ro.
This council housing estate in Swiss Cottage in the London Borough of Camden was refurbished in 2006-09 by the same firm that oversaw work at Grenfell Tower. It appears that Reynobond ACM panels were also used. The Estate comprises five high-rise tower blocks.

The buildings, which include residential, “officetel” and retail elements, consist of slender, sharply angled mini-towers cantilevered around a central core. The highly contemporary design aesthetic is informed by aspects of traditional Korean culture.
Conservation architects Donald Insall Associates’ restoration of Grade II listed building for the Horniman Museum and Gardens in London. The building was commissioned in 1894 by Frederick John Horniman as a place to tend his rare plants.
