The complex has 102 apartments, of about 2,700-2,960 sq ft (duplex and simplex), in four towers, with different distribution layouts with a total area of 305,360 sq ft.

Inside the complex there are two swim clubs with three pools each, one pool for free swim, one for training, and one for kids. Each of these clubs has a multi-use room, with both, covered and open-air areas covering about 52,300 sq ft.

The program includes three paddle courts and two tennis courts inside the community areas.
The complex is located within the most exclusive beach development of the country, and is designed so it may be integrated, non intrusively, to the ecosystem where it is located, taking advantage of the topography of the land and respecting the existing vegetation.

The towers are oriented to benefit from the superb views to the south / south-west from the slope of the mountain where it is located. From here you can see the Morro Island, and the small bays around Punta Ixtapa. The apartments are laid out to use the 360 degrees of landscape the location provides. One of the design themes of the apartments is their transparency. From the living room of the apartment you have a visual continuity outside-inside-outside, making the spaces to be perceived as an integral part of the landscape. From the outside you have a see-through view that traverses the tower, creating an effect of lightness in the building.
