Considering its location in the heart of Ringwood, this boutique development of 45 apartments offers a diverse combination of one and two bedroom layout options to suit a variety of residential needs.

The project also comprises of one level of commercial office space as well as ground level cafés facing onto the busy street-front. The design is a well-considered, detailed response to the location and enables high levels of natural light, ventilation and general amenity throughout the block.

The building form provides individuality with a series of extruded aluminium window frames and shading, vertical landscape elements and environmentally sustainable design initiatives. The residential interiors are stylishly contemporary and designed to accentuate a strong connection between the inside and out.
