Located in the heart of Science and Technology Park of Shenzhen surrounded by offices and residential, this scheme will be the new rising star in the neighbourhood.
The geometric of the diamond is the inspiration behind the facade scheme, distinctive cut and alignment strive to enhance the architectural visual appearance. This unique skin behaves like ‘alive’, it reacts interactively to both exterior and interior condition by giving out waving colour pattern, generated by modules on the skin through the built-in sensor at the back.
The assemblage of multiple levels at the top provides creative working spaces with sufficient light, together with the smooth ace line canopy design and the wooden floor settings, establishing a pleasant and comfortable leisure space at the rooftop area.
