The three Flame Towers have separate uses: residential, hotel and office.
Located on the Caspian Sea in Azerbaijan, the site is situated on a hill overlooking Baku Bay, the old city center and the park.
The site area for the Flame Towers is approx 28,000 m2. The total construction built up area of the project is 234,500 m2.
This is a residential complex with a roof height of 190 m (620 ft) in Baku, Azerbaijan. The estimated cost of the project is US$350 million. When completed, the structure will be one of the tallest buildings in Baku. Construction began in 2007, with completion in 2012.
The facades of the three Flame Towers are turned into gigantic display screens with the use of more than 10,000 high-power LED luminaires, supplied by the Osram subsidiary Traxon Technologies.
