With the goal of promoting a data-driven culture throughout the organization and celebrating its 18th anniversary,  Ocean Re organized a Data Town Hall, driven by its commercial team. This event was conceived as a platform to connect employees and industry partners, showcasing the advances and projects related to data analytics that the company is implementing.

The recent data project represents a significant breakthrough, enabling the company to leverage data analytics to revolutionize service delivery and offer customized solutions that better meet the individual needs of its clients.

During the event, a series of presentations highlighted the benefits of this approach. Ocean Re global commercial director Simone Camilla, along with Andree Ducruet, sales business analyst, Demetrio Hurtado, vice president of IT, and Daphne Herrera of Business Process & Innovation, led the discussions. These outstanding leaders explained how each member of the organization can contribute to establishing a data-driven culture and discussed ongoing projects that are related to this initiative.

The event also featured a special segment dedicated to recognizing employees with more than 10 years of service at Ocean Re, led by Human Resources Director Benjamin Sanchez and HR Manager Ginevra Downs. During this ceremony, these employees were recognized and thanked for their valuable contributions over the years.

Additionally, Ocean Re was honored to have the participation of esteemed industry partners, including Luis Paternina, CPCU, ARe, AU, and Jose Pardo-Figueroa from Liberty Mutual, Liberty Specialty Markets Latam.
