John Woolstencroft BA (Hons) DipArch DipUD RIBA FRSA

John founded the architecture practice with Julian Stock in 1989 and, over the last 25 years, has overseen its growth to over 60 staff with five Partners.

Working within the private development sector as well as with registered providers and community organisations, John has a particular interest in developing mixed use regeneration initiatives which tackle some of London’s most deprived urban areas and address socio-economic and housing need through regeneration. His involvement at Matchmakers Wharf is a prime example of this, where he worked with Telford Homes to unlock derelict industrial land and provide 209 new homes, artists’ studios, retail accommodation and improved public realm adjacent to the River Lea and Hackney Marshes.

Julian Stock BSc DipArch DipUD RIBA

Julian manages the design and construction of major projects in Studio Two and is the interface with client and consulting organisations throughout this process. He has a keen interest in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and oversees its application to projects, from the development of a digital model of a building to design optimisation through value engineering. Several of our projects currently on site are being delivered using new BIM technology, including Stratford Plaza and Broadway Chambers in east London.
