Serero Architectes Paris est une agence d’architecture et d’urbanisme qui opère dans le domaine des équipements publics et dans le développement durable. C’est une jeune société de 10 à 15 personnes en très forte croissance Les missions incluront le suivi administratif de projets d’architecture, la constitution d’équipes de travail, la gestion des dossiers de candidatures et le suivi comptabilité.
Profil recherché:
Nous recherchons une personne réactive avec d’excellentes capacités de rigueur et d’organisation pour assurer ces missions en relation directe avec le directeur de l’agence. Description:
Serero Architects Paris is an architecture and town planning agency that operates in the field of public facilities and sustainable development. It is a young company of 10 to 15 people in very strong growth. The missions will include the administrative follow-up of architectural projects, the constitution of work teams, the management of the candidate files and the accounting follow-up.
Required profile:
We are looking for a responsive person with excellent rigor and organizational skills to carry out these missions in direct relation with the director of the agency. The candidate could have a background related to architecture or a management or executive assistant type training.
Bilingual English preferred.

David Serero – Biography

David Serero (born 1974, Grenoble, France) received an Architecture Degree from Ecole d’Architecture Paris-Villemin in 1998 and a Master of Architecture and Urban Planning from Columbia University in New York. Created in 2000, Serero Architects develop projects combining research and design in the field of architecture, urban planning and landscape. With a particular interest in generative design, digital manufacturing, fluid dynamics, crystallography, acoustics, genetics and topographical manipulation, works by Serero Architectes attempt to explore new and multiple paths for architectural design by weaving connections between these fields and architectural practice.

In 2003, David Serero received the commission of the “Art Arena”, an Art film museum in London hosting 45 projection spaces for the Roland Collection. The same year, he was selected to conceive the 09/11 memorial in New-York city. In 2004, he won the first prize in the International Competition for the Hellenikon Metropolitan Park in Athens, Greece.
The project, on a 530 hectares site of the former International Airport of Athens uses computational simulation of water drainage systems and patterns at territorial and local scale to generate a set of “Softscapes”. In 2005, David Serero received the Rome Prize of the French Academy in Rome, where he developed the “Variable Configuration Acoustical Domes”, a research on ephemeral and parasitic domes, adjustable to modify acoustical behavior and performance of a space.
His work has been widely published and exhibited in shows at the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) of New York, at the New York Architectural League, the Venice Biennale, and the Mori Museum in Tokyo. David Serero lectured on architectural design studios and Workshops in the USA, in France, Italy and Austria.

David Serero ( né à Grenoble, 1974) est architecte DPLG, diplômé de l’école d’architecture Paris Villemin en 1998 et d’un Master d’Architecture et d’urbanisme de l’Université de Columbia à New York en 2000. Créé en 2000, SERERO Architectes développent à New York et à Paris des projets qui allient recherche et design dans les champs de l’architecture, de l‘urbanisme et du paysage. Avec un intérêt pour les mathématiques, la dynamique des fluides, la cristallographie, l’acoustique, la génétique, la manipulation topographique, les nouveaux processus de fabrication informatisés, ils explorent des nouvelles directions pour la conception architecturale, son travail tisse des liens croisés entre ces champs et l’architecture.
En 2002, il est lauréat avec le groupe Degré Zéro qu’il co-fonde des Nouveaux Albums des Jeunes Architectes en France ainsi que du “Young Architects Award” de l’Architectural League de New York. L’année 2003, il est sélectionné pour concevoir le Mémorial des victimes du 11 Septembre 2001 de New York et pour le projet de « Plage Urbaine » commissionné par le Musée d’Art Moderne (MOMA) à New York.
Il reçoit le premier prix du concours international pour le parc urbain Hellenikon à Athènes sur le site de l’ancien aéroport international. David Serero est lauréat du prix de la Villa Médicis, l’Académie de France à Rome en 2004 pour son projet de Coupoles Acoustiques à Géométrie Variable.
Les projets de SERERO Architectes ont été présentés dans des expositions en France et à l’étranger comprenant le Pavillon de l’Arsenal, le MOMA, l’Architectural League de New York, la VIIIth Biennale de Venise, la villa Medici et le Musée Mori à Tokyo.
Il a enseigné le projet d’architecture à Pratt Institute à New York et à l’Université de Columbia ainsi que de nombreux workshops de recherche en France, en Italie, en Autriche et aux Etats-Unis.
