Design: Hellin-Sebbag, architects
New photos of reception building for a high school specialising in building trades. Its elevated curved facade marks the crossroads between the “Paillade” neighbourhood and the new Eco-District of “Pierre Vives”.
A 9500 sqm Rhyl High School in Denbighshire, building design by AHR, the £23 m facility offers 1245 places. The central atrium forms an entrance, foyer, performance hall, dining area, circulation and social space.
Design: A54 arquitectos. This building meets the increasing educational demand of the city of Vitoria, in a neighborhood that concentrates the biggest extension of collective dwelling during these last years, and where most of the childhood population live.
Design: Keremidski Architects. The building consists of 5 rotated volumes. Some of the roofs are green, others have wooden decking. The aim is to build an art complex close to nature and to create a sense of nature inside and outside the building.
Design: Cullinan Studio architects. Holy Cross primary school is a two-form, single-storey school which was manufactured offsite, taking only three weeks to erect and 43 weeks to complete thanks to the fast build time afforded by offsite construction and timber systems.
Design: Sheppard Robson and Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands. Fitzroy Place has 289 affordable and market homes, 220,000 sq ft NIA of offices, new shops, restaurants and community space, with these elements woven together and set around a new publicly accessible square.
Design: Menkès Shooner Dagenais LeTourneux Architectes. After four years of work, the inauguration of the Maison des étudiants de l’École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS) unveiled a signature building enhancing an entire neighborhood in the Griffintown district.
Design: Bond Bryan Architects. The new Ongar Academy will be a Four Form Entry Secondary School accommodating 800 pupils (including 200 sixth form pupils) with approximately 50 teaching staff and 15 – 20 Administrative support
The school center is located 200 km southwest of Paris nearby the town Coulaines. The building design by Dietmar Feichtinger Architectes projects include a primary school with 8 classrooms, a nursery with day care, a kindergarten, a gymnastic and community hall as well as a library and a school restaurant.
Atkins’ design for the new Westferry Secondary School on the Isle of Dogs has been given planning permission as part of the application to regenerate the former Westferry Printworks site.
The vision for the Smart School project by CEBRA Architects is to create a new type of school – a “School Park” – that unites architecture and landscape into a unique learning environment and gathering point for the local community.
