Nulty+ completes work on the first phase of Selfridges new Designer Studio, which has recently opened its doors to London’s most fashion conscious shoppers.
Design: Coarchitecture. The steeply sloped site is north facing, ideal in the Australian climate. The house is situated directly on beautiful Pittwater, stretching out into it with a private jetty. It is ideal for boat access.
Design: Luigi Rosselli Pty Ltd – Architects. A Queen Anne style residence reveals its hidden character and history in the late night lights. Two crisp zinc roof gables, observing the shadows on the narrow footpath, guard the new entry door.

Danish Architectural firm Cubo has recently completed an artist’s residence that will function as an open-door workshop and exhibition space, whilst offering free accommodation to artists for a week or two at a time.
Design: Besonías Almeida arquitectos. The commission arises from the principals need to have an enclosure where they can be isolated from the activity of the house, and then facilitate the development of functions more relaxed and much more connected with the landscape.
Design: James K Cheng, architect. A bold reinterpretation of luxury: Each Owner’s Suite offers 800 sqft of opulence with an Ico Parisi-inspired sofa and dining room table in the living room, a plush king-sized canopy bed, large walk-in closet and marble spa bathroom with deep soaker tub.
Design: Apollo architects & associates. The client is a couple in their 50s and both work full-time. Their plan was to rebuild their parents’ house in the urban area in order to live with their mother.

To meet the needs of environmental upgrade of the brand, Arch Studio was commissioned to do the design for the brand’s new store in Yau Tang Shopping Centre, Beijing. The store is a rectangular space with an area of more than 60 sqm.
Design: Dunn & Hillam Architects. The brief for this project was to transform an existing weatherboard house in a suburban area of Sydney into a modern family home. The existing 2 storey house, sat on a sloping block and had a ground floor that did not connect to the rear garden and had insufficient head room to stand in.
Architects: Fernanda Marques Arquitetos Associados Architecture Design. The whole façade is made from seamless sliding panes. This steel-framed former farmhouse has a large light box reflected on the swimming pool water.
Design: Corben Architects. Set on a battle-axe block above Balmoral Beach adjacent to a nature reserve, this three level house is designed to enjoy the breathtaking water views from every level.
