Design: Zaher architects. The Wategos house is a modern concrete house that sits on the beach front in Byron Bay. The conceptual framework is to create a clean form and language against the ad hoc of the projects immediate context and surroundings.
Architects: Schmidt Hammer Lassen. The building is overclad, unifying existing rendered concrete facade with a corrugated and perforated PPC aluminium skin. Shading is provided to every workspace whilst optimising both view and daylight via the perforated aluminium facade.
Architects: HASSELL. The Wool Resource Centre includes a library, a showroom and an events space for visitors to develop and enhance their education on wool. There are six separate zones including open-plan workspaces, a meeting room and an auditorium.
Design: Zaher architects. Free and easy – this NSW house, with open-plan living area makes the most of the far stretching views in Byron Bay, with’s picture windows and generous covered veranda.
Architect: Benjamin Garcia Saxe. The client bought a beautiful plot of land with two breath-taking views: towards the ocean and into the jungle. Architect Benjamin Garcia Saxe decided to rest the house against the back of the steep hill of the site in order to stabilize the soil and protect the property from falling debris.
Design: YH2 Architecture. Vertical composition reminiscent of the mature trees surrounding it, the house opens itself to daylight and to the majestic scenery thanks to the large glass facade covering the three floors.
Design: at26_architecture&design. The client’s intentions were very clear: to create a modern, elegant and timeless house and clear material mix of concrete and white with living rooms and bedrooms oriented to the south.

Design: Atelier Reza Aliabadi > rzlbd. Instar House is a minimalist three-storey wood & steel structure on the southern edge of Allenby, a neighbourhood on the border between North York and Toronto
Design: Lehrer Architects. The brief for the Davisson Residence called for a three-bedroom house, with a study and a guestroom, on the 437 square meter site — a flat, narrow, beachfront “urban” lot with minimal side yard setbacks.
Architects: Studio MK27. A cool new home on a beautiful Brazilian beach, on the northern coast of São Paulo. As a house in tropical area by the sea, with high temperatures and sea air, comfort and building maintenance are key design aspects.
Architects: Studio MK27. The main volume of the house is elevated from the ground and seems built into the topography. The house, therefore, projects itself out from the mountain.

Design: The Purple Ink Studio. The upbeat and contemporary spirit of the AD boutique – a fabric/drapery retail store is expressed in their new flagship store nestled in the heart of Bengaluru city, India.
Design: Bercy Chen Studio, Architects – The house design results from a subtractive process. The original volume, a perfect cube of 38′×38′×38′, was deconstructed with subtle level changes, carefully placed windows, and outdoor terraces shaded by cantilevered louvers, which open up the space as one ascends towards the sky.
