Design: gmp · von Gerkan, Marg and Partners · Architects. Office building for the Caohejing Business Park in western Shanghai. The office building complex has a gross floor area of 60,000m² and consists of three cubic building volumes with different heights of between 35 m and 60 m.
Design: CHROFI, architects. Alteration to a single storey vernacular house in the rural landscape setting of northern NSW. Building fabric was salvaged but only to reveal its qualities in a meaningful way.

Architects: CHROFI. Ballast Point Park is located on a prominent headland overlooking Sydney Harbour. A former Caltex lubricant and oil storage facility, it sits at the tip of the suburb of Bichgrove in Sydney’s inner west.

This 5 bedrooms summer residence was designed for a couple with three children in a gated community in the south coast of the state. The residence was designed with the living room as the heart of the home.
Pandora by NL Architects at The TivoliVredenburg, a contemporary music complex located in Utrecht. The venue consists of five halls designed acoustically for a specific music genre.
Design: Krupinski/Krupinska Arkitekter. The small house is located by a lake in the Stockholm archipelago, on a site that in the early 1900s was inhabited by a gardener. Plants and walls from then still remain to a large extent today.
Design: Pleysier Perkins Architects. This former medical centre, in the heart of bohemian Northcote, has been transformed into a 3 floor home that makes the most of the spatial possibilities the original structure offered.

The new Brioni Concept Store worldwide declines the classic masculine elegance of the brand through a language that combines formal elegance and modernity.
Architects: Northmill Associates. The Pilcrow Pub was built by a team of master-craftsmen, local volunteers hand crafted everything – from the walls and tables to the beer taps and the bar itself over many months of workshops.
Design: Tonkin Zulaikha Greer Architects. The Old Clare Hotel was designed as a collection of buildings, linked to each other and woven into the city. The new hotel connects the Carlton United Brewery Administration Building and the County Clare Hotel.
Design: Poly Studio. By including usable living spaces along the length of the corridor we were able to give the client not only a study and storage, but also north facing spaces to live in with the ten by one a half metre corridor.
