The winner of the International Competition for the architectural concept for the new building for National Centre for Contemporary Arts (NCCA) at Khodynskoe Pole in Moscow is Heneghan Peng Architects from Ireland.

The other two finalists were Nieto Sobejano Arquitectos from Spain and Russian architectural studio Mel.

The winners of the 7th International ‘Changing the Face’ architectural competition were announced today by competition organizers DuPont, PKO Bank Polski, Association of Polish Architects and the Polish Branch of the Green Building Council.
