The Center of Arts and Education of Pimentas is located in Guarulhos, in Pimentas neighborhood, a place with few community equipment directed to education, leisure and sports.
UNStudio’s Youturn Pavilion is one of six ‘terrieros’ created for the 29th Art Biennale in São Paulo, Brazil. Located at the heart of the biennale, the pavilion operates primarily as a venue.
Numero bar was built on a very narrow and long strip of land in the Jardins area, in São Paulo. A walkway runs from the street through a hallway/tunnel fully covered in mirrors, leading to the main hall.

The Hyundai Pavilion, located in a symbolical corner of the city of São Paulo, can be described from two elements: a glass wall to the front of the main avenue, detached from the building’s main structure.
A wooden patio with trees, formed by the volumetry of the house and a concrete wall, articulates the entire program of the Coser House.
This house was constructed in two lots. One of them was left almost intact, because there was some Atlantic Jungle species still remaining, since this area became one of the most valuable regions of the city.
The house’s inferior volume, which comprises the living room on the first floor, and the bedrooms on the second floor, is a glass box with wooden brises that open as folding doors.
The site of Casa Panamá is located in one of the garden neighborhoods, just some blocks from Paulista, the financial center of the city of São Paulo.
The restaurant Forneria San Paolo is located in an upscale mall of São Paulo. The concept of the project was to build a simple space, almost minimalist, which would also establish an architectural play of materials and transparencies.
This project in São Paulo, Brazil, demanded the design of two office towers in a terrain of relatively difficult occupation, because of its narrow and elongated shape.
