Architect: Diego Revollo. Ceramiche Refin tiles play centre stage in this outstanding project by Brazilian architect Diego Revollo. The 130m² apartment is located in Alto da Lapa with the lawyer client buying off plan.

Design: Studio mk27, architects. The P house is a puzzle game. Rotating three volumes around one nucleus generated not only a particular spatial dynamic, but also different visual relations between empty and full, between the private and semiprivate areas and the view of the city.
Architect: Studio Arthur Casas. The owner of this luxury house at São Conrado Beach had a very clear goal: enjoy the astounding views of Rio’s mountains and sea. The businessman was a bachelor that wished to leave his existing apartment.
Architecture: studio mk27 and galeria arquitetos. The arrival at this house is through an architectural trajectory, via an open ramp, located on the eastern side of the construction. This space is protected by hollowed-out concrete elements to the side, which create surprising effects of light and end up functioning as protection from bad weather conditions.
Contemporary São Paulo Home architecture by Studio MK27 – Marcio Kogan + Carolina Castroviejo, interiors by Studio MK27 – Diana Radomysler: A wooden volume in line with the eastern façade – with a little more 2.85m high and 19m long – rests within a ceiling height of 5.15m and 11.75m in the front.

A bookstore with a meeting place. This was the main premise of the architectural project of the bookstore Livraria Cultura at Iguatemi.
In a rare opportunity for the city of São Paulo, the isolated tower architectural model is replaced by the traditional European urban block model, with the buildings occupying its perimeter and conforming an inner courtyard with public access.
