Design: Atelier Oslo, Architects. The starting point is a typical challenge of densification in an area of existing single family houses. The house is broken up into smaller volumes to adapt to the relatively tight situation and the scale of the surrounding buildings.
Design: Kolman Boye Architects. House on the island of Vega in the Norwegian archipelago not far from the polar circle. The site is distinctive for its grand and harsh northern landscape with wide panoramas of the Norwegian Sea and the jagged mountains rising from it.

Design: NORDIC – Office of Architecture. The client wished for a home for both everyday life and entertaining, all primary rooms had to be on one floor, of good sizes and well resolved spatial relationships. By lifting the main floor to the first floor we captured the best of the views and the sun.

Architects: TYIN tegnestue. Placed north of the Arctic Circle on the beautiful island of archipelago Fleinvær, which include between 200 and 300 islands, the artists’ retreat blends perfectly into the surrounding rocky landscape.
Design: DRDH, architects. Two new civic buildings or this town 100km inside the Arctic Circle. The architecture stitches into the existing urban fabric, playing off the link to the town centre and nearby harbour.
Design: Reiulf Ramstad Architects – RRA. The church building signals its function with dignity and recognizable form, where the church spire, sanctuary and chapel are emphasized by the ascending roof planes.
Design: Snøhetta, architects. Aesop’s first signature store in Norway, their 100th worldwide. The architectural exploration revealed materials and surfaces hidden within the space, some dating back to the 1800s.
Design: Reiulf Ramstad Architects. This all-year cabin for a family of five is designed to accommodate changes in family composition in coming years. The cabin building is gently placed on the slight slope of the site, where the volume creates small microclimate zones with beneficial sun conditions for outdoor activities and easy access from the interior.
