Design: Branch Studio Architects. Writer`s house is an alteration and addition to an existing orange brick veneer residence that was originally designed and built in the late 1960`s.
Design: B.E Architecture. The Kooyoonkoot Road Residence is a compact house on a small plot. The three story home has been designed around two north facing courtyards.
Design: Detail 9 Architects Pty Ltd. The clients for this project felt that the nearly two metre drop from the back of their home to their garden was preventing them from getting the best use from their large plot.

Architects: Biasol: Design Studio. Situated in the popular bayside suburb of Elwood, The Milton exemplifies the ongoing gentrification of the area and it’s rich literary and architectural history.
Architects: Ola Studio. The house is strong and designed to withstand the challenges that exist in coastal environments, however is offset by the expression of finely considered detail and proportion to promote a sense of lightness and warmth.
Design: Dan Webster Architecture. This home makes the most of the street setback, using angles to softer the visual bulk of the facade to the street. Car accommodation has been taken off of the road, with a 4 car basement provided below ground.
Design: Rara Architecture. Coming up with a practical floor plan with good spatial flow was a challenge and took several iterations in the process, but in the end we decided to highlight the columns.
Architects Elenberg Fraser claim the building design is inspired by the music video of ‘Ghost’ by Beyoncé. The twisting architecture is created entirely by parametric modelling, its spiralling curves recall the “twists and turns of a woman dancing in black cloth”.
