Architects: Ola Studio. The house is strong and designed to withstand the challenges that exist in coastal environments, however is offset by the expression of finely considered detail and proportion to promote a sense of lightness and warmth.
Design: Dan Webster Architecture. This home makes the most of the street setback, using angles to softer the visual bulk of the facade to the street. Car accommodation has been taken off of the road, with a 4 car basement provided below ground.

Design: Denton Corker Marshall, architects. Lendlease’s newest urban regeneration project has taken a major step forward with the sale of its first commercial tower, One Melbourne Quarter, to the Lendlease-managed Australian Prime Property Fund Commercial (APPF Commercial).

Design: InForm, architects. A house of two halves, the two-storey ‘Quad’ inspired front portion takes advantage of park views from the first floor master bedroom and lounge. A single storey pavilion-like structure accommodates the kitchen, meals and living area at the rear.
