Exchange Court Greengate Building Salford
Design: OMI Architects. A scheme for 349 apartments approved, within the Greengate/Exchange quarter of Salford, close to Manchester City centre. The largest element is a 44 storey rectilinear point block.
University of Central Lancashire Engineering

Murrays Mills Apartments, Ancoats, Manchester
Design: Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios. Murrays’ Mills is being carefully transformed into 124 apartments as part of Phase One of Manchester Life, which is creating over 900 homes in the emerging neighbourhoods of Ancoats and New Islington.
Manchester Cathedral Design Competition
Design: Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios, architects. FCBS wins the design competition for the £7m renewal of the cathedral building. Work on the Grade I-listed building is to be complete by 2021 in time for the cathedral’s 600-year anniversary.
