A few years after the opening of Hotel Lone, Restaurant L – one of three restaurants in the hotel, was rebranded as ResoLution Signature Restaurant. 3LHD was involved in the transformation.

Key recent properties to visit include the Residential Block Park Kneževa, Zagreb, by 3LHD architects. This intervention provides a pedestrian link between Branimirova and Bornina Streets and access to public facilities in the block interior. Buildings inside the block are surrounded by a park, in interaction with the greenery due to their variable heights and floor plans.
We also feature Infobip, Zagreb, again by 3LHD architects, built for a unicorn IT company from Vodnjan, Istria, where it built its first campus. The company’s rapid growth spawned the need for a new hybrid building in the capital.

The New Passenger Terminal at Franjo Tuđman International Airport Zagreb. In order to ensure architectural excellence, an international competition jury invited ten world-renowned architects together with ten acknowledged Croatian architects.

Stone Terrace Hotel is set on steep slope in an idyllic bay on Pag Island in Croatia. It is a beautiful island surrounded with crystal water but is on the other hand also known for its harsh winter windy conditions and is therefore only scarcely covered with greenery.
Design: 3LHD, Architects. Two A+Awards for this building that is partially dug into the ground and covered with earthen embankments from its outer edges, inspired by the city’s historic center “Karlovac star”.
Architect: PRO-S. Initially, before everything else, there was a walnut tree, providing perfect natural shade and representing the first outdoor residing space.
Design: DVA ARHITEKTA. The client’s wish was to build a vacation home with a prospect of becoming a permanent one, on the island of Krk, the northern part of Adriatic.
Design: DVA ARHITEKTA. The Jelenovac residence site is situated on the junction of two streets, surrounded by family houses and the city park Jelenovac on the front. Newly build house opens itself towards the attractive part of the terrain, greenery, views.
Design: Radionica Arhitekture; Ured ovlaštene arhitektice Vanja Ilić. The building is a path which the visitors climb to overcome the elevation difference of around 20m, from the access road to the plateau, on which the Vučedol culture archaeological findings have been discovered.

The pool has the potential as a social condenser. Even though the programme was restricted to indoor pools, the design tries to put in as much as possible open air activities and public space.

The unintrusive design interprets the traditional straw covered house. This humble building was renovated taking into consideration the characteristics of local heritage and design.

The main inspiration was found in the idea to make an homage to Istria-red soil and bright skies in coordinance with functional demands.
This project for affordable housing for the City of Rijeka was the result of an architectural competition. The city asked for an urban design solution to place 80 condominiums in 3 – 5 buildings each on its own newly formed lot.

Amarin Apartment Village is located north of the city of Rovinj, surrounded by lush vegetation. Next to the existing 272 apartments, the old substandard ones were removed from the site and 190 new were built in their place. The new buildings location is partly determined by the existing pedestrian paths that continue into the new project; and by the plots gentle slope from north to south. The Village was conceived to have a high quality intimate outdoor space that accompanies each apartment as well as a comfortable interior.
