First building by US architect Michael Graves for sale – The Hanselmann House in Fort Wayne, Indiana, from 1971, listed for $265,000. The building was his first commission, and today remains a well-preserved example of his earlier, Modernist buildings before he started designing Postmodern architecture.
860-880 Lake Shore Drive Chicago Building
