New city apartment in the Italian capital design by LAD – Laboratorio di Architettura e Design. This interior design work is located in a building that was once a social housing unit and is now fronting one of the most elegant streets in Rome.
Design: Eduardo Hernandez Ch. Located in Valle de Bravo lake in Mexico, this bold building is located on a steep slope, and with boundaries irregular in its geometry. Bordered by a brook of clear water and by the lake itself, at one very narrow end there is a bridge that provides the only access to the site.
Architect: Enrique Browne. Contemporary Summer House in Chile. The site of this holiday house is long and very inclined. It falls from the North to the South. On its upper edge it sits on a road that unites different seaside towns
‘Foster + Partners: the Art of Architecture’
“The Art of Architecture” will be staged at the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre from 4th April to 29th June 2014, with Permasteelisa being a major partner of the exhibition.

The Zimmerman House is a house located in the north end of Manchester, New Hampshire. It is a Usonian house designed in 1950 by Frank Lloyd Wright for Dr. Isadore and Lucille Zimmerman.
Design: Pierre-Stephane Dumas. This frameless, virtually roofless Bubble is inflated by a special turbine which keeps it in shape, renews the air and eliminates pollen, humidity and condensation problems.

Architect: Amyas Connell. Famous Modernist English house. The head of the British School in Rome seems an unlikely person to commission the first Modern house in England. But it was the archaeologist, Professor Bernard Ashmole who, in 1928, asked one of his students, a young New Zealander called Amyas Connell to design his family home. The building design evolved as a Y-shaped plan to optimise views and sun.
Design: Barrionuevo Sierchuk Arquitectas. The site for this property is 2.000 sqm, facing the northeast, looking at the Canal Arias river, in the suburbs of Buenos Aires. The new building is 450 sqm in area and it is designed for a couple without kids.

The government of Miami approved a revitalization plan—a plan that includes the taxpayers of Miami paying costs to the Herzog & de Meuron’s firm. Miami taxpayers paid $100 million toward the cost of the museum.

Design: P-A-T-T-E-R-N-S. This is a 2,000 sqft single-family house located in the outskirts of Rosario. The building is a spatial and physical attempt to challenge the planar stability and homogeneity of the Pampa’s landscape in a domestic setting
Winners of the Montréal Space for Life architecture competition, inspired by the Space for Life mission: designs for 3 major projects: the Insectarium Metamorphosis, the Biodôme Renewal and a new Glass Pavilion at the Botanical Garden.
The two-stage architecture competition – open to multidisciplinary teams of architects, Living Building Challenge and LEED certification experts, scenic designers, landscape architects and engineers – was designed to source creative architectural solutions.
Design: SAOTA – Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen Architects. “The clients, a couple from New York wanted a holiday home in the Southern hemisphere for summer vacations. Aware of contemporary architectural trends, they requested a sculptured building with clean horizontal lines, large areas of glass and screens creating a space that is ‘open as well as private’.
Their brief was a 2-bedroomed home with indoor / outdoor living spaces and a studio to be used in their photographic and film related occupations,” says Project Partner, Stefan Antoni.
