Architects: ELÍAS RIZO ARQUITECTOS. On an emblematic avenue in Guadalajara, a short distance from a city landmark in the heart of a cosmopolitan area, this building rises in an attempt to become a reference in Guadalajara’s cityscape.
Architects: Co-Direction Interior Design. Tao Yuan-Ming’s idyllic life with freedom and no worries is the client’s original intention to establish this hotel. The client wants to create an inn where they can talk and drink with the guests from different places.
Design: Irons McDuff Architecture. An affordable housing solution for a final land release in the coastal town of Barwon Heads. Situated only 100 metres from the Barwon River, Riverwalk house is a simple series of gabled forms, creating a spacious home while making the most of a central garden and open space for active boys.
Design: 2020 Architects. The house is constructed on a small, square but stepped site, the entrance is on the Northern boundary, the step runs parallel to the northern boundary in the middle of the site.
Design: Dellekamp Arquitectos. House of Switzerland Pavilion celebrates 70 years of diplomatic relations between Switzerland and Mexico, A modular system based on a triangular grid allows adaptation.

Design: Form4 Architecture, Architects. This 1,300-seat concert hall building is located on an ocean side bluff. Designed to resound the intensity and vibrancy of Korean composer Isang Yun’s music.
Award winning interior design firm +tongtong has collaborated with renowned Owner/Chef David Lee to renovate the interiors of Nota Bene, an established fine dining restaurant that was originally designed by the buildings Architects KPMB.
Design: Ennead Architects. An adaptive re-use plus seismic upgrade of the original Rose City Awning factory, to create a company headquarters for Swift, a fast-growing 160-person digital media agency.

Stone Terrace Hotel is set on steep slope in an idyllic bay on Pag Island in Croatia. It is a beautiful island surrounded with crystal water but is on the other hand also known for its harsh winter windy conditions and is therefore only scarcely covered with greenery.
Design: Chapman Taylor; Panter Hudspith; Wilkinson Eyre. Planning Approval for expansion, adding restaurants, cinema and sports centre. Detailed planning permission for the planned £75m extension. The plans will see part of the current bus and coach station site transformed into new restaurants, shops, a cinema and an outdoor amphitheatre.
Design: Architects: Form4 Architecture. Conceived as an iconic beacon for innovation and design, with a suspended tropical garden in the midst of futuristic building systems, plus a large expanse of glass.
