Sou Fujimoto architect. In connection with his position on the jury for Stage II of the Arvo Pärt Centre architecture competition, Sou Fujimoto – one of the leading and best-known designers of contemporary architecture in the world today – will be visiting Estonia from 11-14 June.

Design: SPARK Architects. This is a residential tower development on Victoria Island, Lagos, for client Athena Capital Investment. Ramzi Towers is situated in the heart of exclusive Victoria Island. This 18 storey building is designed to give 360 degree panoramic views to downtown Lagos and across the Gulf of Guinea to the Atlantic Ocean.
Design: Ghinlon Architecture. This is an Italian restaurant, Dunne & Crescenzi, set in the luxury retail Kildare Village, in the Republic of Ireland. The fit-out was carried out in phases within a live trading environment. It was a collaborative venture. Kildare Village were a key player in the process, providing logistical support every step of the way.

The new ballet building will be created on the historic site of the former Rheinbahn depot “am Steinberg” in Düsseldorf.
The building will provide the Oper’s 50 professional dancers and the ballet school’s 55 students with two ballet rooms with full-size stage dimensions, three smaller practice rooms as well as rest rooms, showers, a physiotherapy room and an apartment for guest artists.

The building, by this world-famous architect of Polish Jewish descent, is designed to honour and commemorate the victims of the Holocaust and recognize Canadian survivors. The Monument will be located within the historic LeBreton Flats in Ottawa, symbolically located across from the Canadian War Museum.
Design: Bates Masi Architects. The waterfront site overlooks layers of wetlands to an estuary, the bay, and the ocean. The client required an existing structure to be doubled in size. The existing structure consists of glulam post-and-beam construction connected with steel plates.
