Design: TateHindle. Increased office space and decreased energy usage at refurbished building in London’s New Oxford Street. Despite a whole extra floor of space in the refurbished office building at 70 New Oxford Street in the Bloomsbury Conservation Area of London, energy usage has fallen by 40 per cent.
Design: rare architecture. Redeveloped into a Hotel & serviced Apartments, Conference facilities and a fine dining Restaurant & Bar, the sensitive design aims to preserve the building’s original features while integrating contemporary inserts, including tailored furniture elements and a bespoke roof extension.
Although the building has not yet reached completion, Charter Hall’s $175 million 100 Skyring has already created a prominent gateway to the Gasworks precinct, heralding the continued evolution of Brisbane’s near city office market.
The hotel is generally divided into three buildings, the first is the residential hotel that faces the city, and the second is the marina hotel that has artificial beach front, and the third is the berthage and marina club located in the inner cove of the site.

This new hub provides a space for all the town’s cultural events. Stripped of any pretentiousness, the building defines itself as a metal-clad cultural hall. With its hangar-like appearance, the architecture withdraws, handing the space over to the cultural events taking place.

Inaugural CTBUH Urban Habitat Award Winner: The Interlace, Singapore
The Interlace, a residential tall building project has won this inaugural award from the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH). The Interlace is a 1,040-unit apartment complex consisting of 31 apartment blocks, each 6 stories tall and 70 m long, stacked in hexagonal arrangements.
